Join CrossFit
All of our CrossFit members must complete CrossFit 101 or Fundamentals as a prerequisite to joining CrossFit Group Training sessions. Have you been doing CrossFit at another Affiliate? If so, you may be able to forgo CrossFit 101 or Fundamentals by having your coach email us, then we can determine which class you are best suited for.
The only way to get ready for CrossFit is to DO CrossFit. We combine Olympic lifting, running, basic gymnastic moves and plyometrics into our workout of the day (WOD). Our goal is to help you achieve your long and short-term fitness goals through expert coaching in nutrition, strength and conditioning. You will also learn proper warm-up and cool-down techniques, basic nutrition, as well as how to spend your recovery days.
We specialize in helping our clients unleash their athletic potential to achieve their fitness goals as quickly as possible. CrossFit can prove to be challenging on a physical and mental level, which is why we provide you with the tools for fitness success in our On-Ramp and Fundamentals programs. We are serious about what we do, but we also believe that getting fit should be fun. Our coaches will inspire, motivate, and guide you on your path to your fitness goals.

CrossFit 101 is a slower paced On-Ramp to CrossFit. CrossFit 101 consists of 10 sessions with classes two times a week across five weeks. After completing the 10 sessions, you will have the option of taking the Olympic barbell class which will qualify you to enter the CrossFit Beginner and CrossFit All Levels classes, or just start taking the bootcamp class. The content in these sessions is progressive so your commitment to attending all of them is important. *These sessions have a set beginning and ending date. You cannot register on-line and show up to class without communicating with us via email, phone, or in person; pre-registration and confirmation is required.
CrossFit 101 will expose our new members to the foundational movements in a small group setting. We place a huge emphasis on technique and dynamic range of motion to help keep you safe and to prepare you for the intensity of the group classes. The classes build upon one another from basic movements to progressively more complex movements. This program is recommended for people who would like to ease into CrossFit.
Everyone in the class starts at the same time and learns the curriculum in the same order. Each session lasts one hour and consists of a warm-up and the introduction of new skills ranging from specific strength, body weight, gymnastic movement, and basic barbell instruction and practice. Each class ends with a CrossFit Work Out of the Day (WOD) that incorporates the various skills you’ve learned.
Not only does CrossFit 101 give you the chance to see what WE do, it gives us the opportunity to learn more about your fitness goals and experiences, so that we can provide you with the skills necessary to achieve those goals. These class sizes are limited to no more than 10, so that we can give you the attention you deserve! Please make sure that you reserve your spot on-line before classes close out.

Our CrossFit Fundamentals Program is your fast track towards entering Beginner or All Levels CrossFit classes. Fundamentals consist of four, one hour, sessions that focus on fundamental movements utilized in our CrossFit Work Outs of the Day (WOD). These sessions are typically one-on-one, though we will train up to three if you’d like to learn CrossFit with your friends.
You will work with your assigned coach on your functional movement and overall fitness assessment. A customized program will be built to help address your areas of improvement and optimize your strengths. We recommend Fundamentals if:
- You have an injury or special need
- You are training for a sport or event
- You have been inactive for a significant time
- You have a difficult schedule and can’t attend CrossFit 101
- Prefer the setting of 1-on-1 over small group training
Our baseline Fundamentals package includes four sessions. Some athletes decide to go into regular group classes while some choose to continue with private sessions.
Fundamentals sessions should be completed within 2 weeks in order to best reinforce the learning process. These sessions are by appointment only, please contact us directly to schedule your Fundamentals sessions.
Cost: $300 which includes one month of unlimited CrossFit and BJJ classes, once you’ve graduated (a $150 value).
