Class is offered to new students and advanced students that are looking for a refresher. Live drilling and repetitions are a large component of this class, in order to infuse the information into muscle memory
Advanced Gi and No-Gi

Open Mat Gi or No-Gi
Open Mat is a non-instructional class where students may practice techniques through independent drilling and sparring matches. Students are encouraged to work on the techniques throughout the week to help work on their strengths and weaknesses in this open format. Guidance by instructors is available.
Private Training
If you are interested in taking your game to another level private training sessions are available. Personalized game plans, strengths and weaknesses evaluations, and general questions are but a few of the areas that can be touched on. See instructor for details.
