Personalized Coaching Services
Some athletes need specialized attention whether they are rehabilitating from an injury, they have been sedentary for an extended amount of time, or they simply want to specialize in one aspect of sport training (i.e. rugby, hockey, football, triathlon, speed skating, etc). We offer packages for personalized coaching and also rates for small groups. Our coaches have different backgrounds and styles of training. Each session will be 1 hour, but may run over a few minutes depending on the workout.
Single Session Rate: $75

Small Group Training
Our small group coaching packages are perfect for groups of friends who want to start CrossFit together or require specialized training for the same event (i.e. BJJ, Rugby, Football, Lacrosse, Hockey, etc.) We will focus on your particular needs including, but not limited to sport specific skill, strength and conditioning, endurance, and overall increase in cardiovascular health. All pricing is on a per session rate.
2 athletes: $60 per athlete
3 athletes: $50 per athlete
4 athletes: $45 per athlete
5 athletes: $40 per athlete

Team Training
CrossFit 585 would be happy to create a program that caters to your team’s needs. Our programming will focus on the building blocks of sport specific skills (agility, hand-eye coordination, strength, power, speed, and/or endurance). We’ll provide you with nutrition, recovery, and fitness programming so that you’ll be in peak shape for competition. You can bring your team to our facility or we can come to you (dependent on the equipment needed). We have experience training athletes from a variety of sport backgrounds such as: Lacrosse, BJJ, Hockey, Rugby, Track & Field, Golf, Olympic Weightlifting, and Football.
