Team Training

CrossFit 585 would be happy to create a program that caters to your team’s needs. Our programming will focus on the building blocks of sport specific skills (agility, hand-eye coordination, strength, power, speed, and/or endurance). We’ll provide you with nutrition, recovery, and fitness programming so that you’ll be in peak shape for competition. You can bring your team to our facility or we can come to you (dependent on the equipment needed). We have experience training athletes from a variety of sport backgrounds such as: Lacrosse, BJJ, Hockey, Rugby, Track & Field, Golf, Olympic Weightlifting, and Football.
